“After rescuing my little Cocker Spaniel, Angus, he was in a bit of a state and had matting on his coat etc. clearly he hadn’t been groomed for a long time. He is also a very nervous little man so I had to be careful not to cause him any further anxiety. I was recommended to visit Carlie at Ruby’s Posh Paws and I am so glad I did. She firstly allowed me to stay with my little man and she had such a calming and friendly nature that Angus was comfortable. She took her time with him and gained his trust. She has made him happy again. The whole thing was unrushed and it was clear that she put Angus’s needs first. She was an absolute star and we will be visiting again in a few weeks for a little touch up. She bathed him afterwards and he is now so happy, running around the house feeling so much better. Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non refundable
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hrs prior to appointment but only once
- At least 24 hrs notice to cancel prior to appointment time or a fee of 100% of the grooming cost will be charged and you will not be able to rebook until this is paid
- Dogs are to be dropped off no earlier than 5 mins before appointment time and collected no later than 5 mins after end of appointment time or a holding fee will be charged at £5 per 15 mins
- Cash or bank transfer only
- All charges must be paid for at time of drop off
- If your dog is being collected by us then the fees must be paid at time of collection to the driver
- All photos taken of your dog or dogs during the groom will remain the property of Purdys Paws and can be used for social media or shop decoration
- By booking an appointment you are giving consent to the above policy
